  • Steven Martonffy — Founder and President of the Martonffy Group, is native to Miami, Florida and a knowledge base for the ever expanding landscape that is the South Florida real estate market. Each division in the group is directed by a lead associate who drives targeted content to select audiences. First and foremost the Martonffy Group is a luxury realtor. A former firefighter of over 20 years, Steven Martonffy exhibits tremendous esteem for the men and women in uniform, medical professionals, and educators alike — promoting specialized programs in support of their unique societal roles.

  • Based in "The City Beautiful" — nestled in the heart of Miami, Florida — Coral Gables blends color, civic landmarks, a mediterranean revival architectural style, and lush green avenues winding through an international city. Coral Gables is now home to more than 20 consulates and foreign government offices with more than 140 multinational corporations.

  • Designing the Logo

  • Our understated approach to the Martonffy Group branding was determined by their position — serving primarily as a holding company to its many subsidiaries. The group itself is focused largely on luxury portfolio aquisitions. They requested a subtle color palette using neutral tones. Carrying that forward, I used delicate styling and sophisticated typography accompanied by clean lines and sleak finishes that embody the fineries saught out by the group's clientele.

  • A digital B2C platform is currently under development for the Martonffy Group which will accompany a number of marketing tools designed specifcally to bolster the group's reach. Email Marketing, an extension of existing Social Media applications, image editing tools, and cost effective text-messaging campaigns will launch in the fall of 2017.
